Boys and girls, grades three and up, assist at weekend Liturgies and weddings.  Adult servers assist at weekday Liturgies and funerals. 

To serve at the altar of God is a sacred duty and privilege.

Altar Servers are instruments of the Sacrifice of the Holy Eucharist.  It is being a part of the miracle of the Body and Blood of Christ in this unique way that is truly opening one's self to the grace of God. 

Young men and women can begin serving after they have received their First Holy Communion.

Altar Servers should be able to receive Holy Communion every time they serve in the sanctuary and are asked to show up for Mass at least 20 minutes before Mass begins.
