On the first Friday of each Month, a priest visits local Catholics who are unable to make it to Mass due to illness or other incapacity. He brings healing GIFTs of Holy Communion and the Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession) to them at home, in the hospital, or in other living facilities. Any Catholic who has a serious illness, a decline in health due to advanced age, or is undergoing general anesthesia for surgery is encouraged to request an immediate visit from a priest for an Anointing of the Sick. If someone has already been anointed for a particular illness or decline in health, they can request it again as the illness or cause of decline progresses.
